Diversity = Bigotry = Cultural Fascism = Multicultural Religion. 
It looks like the only fair thing to do here, so as not to offend the sensibilities of Donohue, is to have a different religious holiday and celebration for each and every religious group that has a member in the USA. Each and every one should be honored by civic celebrations and paid days off from work--except for those who stage the festivities.
That way each religious group can keep its own sacriditiy pure and uncontaminated, while being able to make fun of all of the others--if that is what jerks one's chain.
